We use a traditional French recipe for our Apple Tarts and Tartlettes. Starting with a sugar-cookie crust that is not too sweet, we layer fresh granny smith apples cut into thick wedges, and add a sprinkle of sugar on top.
The result is a delicious, and not-too-filling dessert or snack that is actually nutritious—and it makes a beautiful centerpiece for your table.

Each 12-inch Tart or 4-inch Tartlette is made with fresh granny smith apples, high protein flour, margarine, sugar, water, eggs, salt, vanilla extract, and baking powder.
