MULTI-GRAIN WHOLE WHEAT

If you're looking for a healthy whole-grain sandwich bread, our Multi-Grain Whole Wheat is the perfect choice. In addition to its nine whole grains (wheat, barley, corn, brown rice, rye, triticale, millet, oat, soy, and flax), we add about 1.5 ounces of ground flaxseed to each loaf which provides a healthy helping of omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids. A touch of honey gives the bread a hint of sweetness and each loaf is topped with toasted rolled oats.

Each 28-ounce "pullman-style" loaf is made with whole-grain whole wheat flour milled in Yolo County from Sacramento Valley wheat, water, nine whole grains (wheat, barley, corn, brown rice, rye, triticale, millet, oat, soy, and flax), wheat gluten, ground flax, honey, soy oil, yeast, and salt. 

Finished weights are approximate. All of our products are hand-cut and hand-formed, so we ask that you excuse any irregularities or inconsistencies in your unique loaf.
