Our Salted Rosemary bread has a lot of die-hard fans. Based on the formula of our Fermented French bread, we add a generous amount of fragrant rosemary leaves to the dough and crust each loaf with coarse kosher salt crystals. It's really, really good.

It also makes succulent garlic bread and really yummy croutons.
Each 20-ounce "pillow loaf" is made with high protein bread flour, water, salt, yeast, and rosemary.
