HONEY WHOLE WHEAT
Lots of folks want a healthy whole-grain wheat bread, but don't want it to be crunchy or grainy. (Parents and kids, for example.) Our Honey Whole Wheat is just that. It's made with whole-grain whole wheat flour (meaning that the germ and bran is milled along with the grain), but we also add about 1.5 ounces of ground flaxseed to each loaf which provides a healthy dose of omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids. A touch of honey gives the pullman-style loaves a hint of sweetness that kids love.

Each 28-ounce "pullman-style" loaf is made with whole-grain whole wheat flour milled in Yolo County from Sacramento Valley wheat, water, ground flax, honey, soy oil, yeast, and salt.
