JEWISH RYE

Our Jewish Rye is a traditional medium rye loaf with a healthy helping of whole and ground caraway seed, making it hearty and flavorful. Of course, it makes a great sandwich bread—especially with pastrami and other cold cuts—but it's also excellent with cheeses or as a breakfast bread. It also makes outstanding croutons and stuffing. 

Each Jewish Rye loaf is topped with whole caraway seeds which give it a beautiful finish and added flavor. It 

Pairs well with cold cuts, soft ripened cheeses, soups and salads. 

Each 20-ounce loaf is made with bread flour milled in Yolo County from Sacramento Valley wheat, water, rye flour, whole caraway seed, malt, yeast, salt and caraway powder.
