Our Salted Rosemary bread is a show-stopper. Based on the formula of our Fermented French bread, we add a generous amount of fragrant rosemary leaves to the dough and crust each loaf with coarse kosher sea salt crystals. It's really, really good.

It pairs well with cream cheese, extra-virgin olive oil, cold cuts, soups and salads, and meats, fish, poultry. It also makes succulent garlic bread and really yummy croutons.

Each 20-ounce "pillow loaf" is made with high-protein unbleached wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, and rosemary.
